I was being very optimistic before and really wanted to give 3 stars but this last lease break is costing me more than $1300 and the notice was given by confirming all the things before hand. Staff speaks very polite but never ever try to help you and after visiting one or two times a person just stop going over there as he/she realizes that staff wont help and try to resolve the problem. They never agreed that there is problem unless I push harder. I changed the unit and I end up with 7 year old smelly carpet which got changed after directly complaining the Home properties and calling leasing office many many times.
